The replacement parts service applies to our company's automated machinery products, covering natural wear of non-wearing components, excluding intentional human damage.

The warranty period for non-wearing components is typically one year, during which free replacement services are provided.

Wearing parts such as blades and sharpening stones are not eligible for free replacement during the warranty period. These can be provided by our company at a cost or purchased locally by clients.

Factory auxiliary facility generally requires no replacement parts and can operate long-term without quality issues under normal conditions.
 

Installation Supports

For all clients worldwide, our company provides one-on-one online services throughout the pre-sales, during-sales, and after-sales phases. Dedicated professional sales and technical teams are available at all times to ensure smooth procurement, installation, and operation of the machinery.

For clients requiring on-site installation guidance and employee training, we will promptly dispatch a technical team to their location. Clients are only responsible for covering the round-trip airfare and accommodation expenses for the technical team.

After completing online or offline installation guidance and ensuring the machines are operational, our company will continue to provide timely troubleshooting support and solutions for any issues encountered during future use, guaranteeing a seamless user experience with the equipment.
 

Warranty &Shipping

Warranty Policy: 
Standard machinery is covered by a 1-year warranty.

Replacement Parts Service: 
Non-wearing components can be replaced free of charge during the warranty period, excluding damage caused by human factors.

 Shipping Policy: 
Samples for select products are available and shipped via international express or air freight. Bulk orders are typically delivered by sea or rail transport, unless otherwise requested by the client.
 

Training

The training services for machinery in the garment industry are primarily categorized as follows:

 Online Training and Guidance: 
To reduce costs, simple machines typically come with online installation guidance and training. We provide text, image, and video guides for installation and operation, along with one-on-one virtual support from our technical team until the client can operate the machine smoothly and master correct usage.

 On-Site Guidance and Training: 
If clients require in-person assistance and are willing to cover partial expenses (round-trip airfare and accommodation for technical personnel), we will arrange for specialists to visit the client’s country for face-to-face guidance and training.

 Client-Sent Specialists for Factory Training: 
For clients who prefer to dispatch their personnel to our factory for training, we fully support this arrangement to ensure they learn proper machine operation techniques.
