    A For most automated garment machinery, we provide free remote guidance, including machine installation and operational training. If required, we can dispatch professional technicians to overseas client sites to conduct on-site installation guidance and operator training. 
  • Q What is the warranty period for automated garment machinery?

    A The warranty duration varies by machine type, typically one year. During this period, we offer free replacement for damaged core components (excluding consumable parts). Damage caused by improper use or occurring after the warranty period will require paid replacements. 
  • Q How is installation handled for factory auxiliary facility?

    A
    Installation for auxiliary facility is relatively simple. We provide free remote guidance and detailed installation diagrams to ensure clients can complete setup independently at their facilities.  
  • Q What types of fabrics are compatible with your automatic cutting and spreading machines?

    A Our machines support a wide range of fabrics. Specific compatibility depends on the model and fabric characteristics (e.g., thickness, elasticity). Our sales managers will recommend the most suitable equipment based on your actual materials. Contact us for a tailored solution. 
  • Q What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for automated garment machinery and factory auxiliary equipment?

    -Automated Garment Machinery: Generally 1 set (exceptions may apply for specific models).  
    -Factory Auxiliary facility: Typically requires full-factory customization or full-container loading as the MOQ.
  • Q What is the production lead time for automated garment machinery and auxiliary equipment?

    A
    - Automated Garment Machinery: 45 working days after receiving full payment or deposit (subject to factory scheduling).  
    - Factory Auxiliary Equipment: 45 working days after order confirmation and receipt of advance payment (subject to production planning).
